Jesse Jackson’s recent hospitalization thrust him back into the headlines, and we hope we jogged memories as we assessed Jackson’s place in history and discussed the effect of Jackson’s campaigns on journalists of color.

The Roundtable originated at the National Council of Negro Women’s building in downtown Washington, hosted by the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies, which has offices there.
